Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• The overall responsibility for the operational requirements of the assigned business group.
• Oversee resource planning , implementation, monitoring and control to ensure the timely delivery of key targets and performance metric.
• Manage the team\'s work , supervision , guidance and performance review to ensure effective cost control and resource planning with internal departments including finance, design, procurement, manufacturing and quality to maintain effective communication , to ensure the timely and effective delivery of the project.
• Maintain a good working relationship with the outside, including contracts, government representatives, verification, units and suppliers, leading technical discussions and technical sessions, control the implementation of plans and programs.
• Responsible for budget planning , monitoring , accounts, savings, and contractors and third party negotiations.
• Responsible for resolving and easing due directly or indirectly related to the business issues caused by the parties, including all technical, commercial, political, contractors, labor and safety issues.
• Provide progress reports prepared by or periodic reporting to key stakeholders on risks, operational issues and recommendations and solutions.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree or post graduate degree in the related job field.
• Currently holding a senior position in a respected organization.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
