Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Procurement KPIs such as LSP (Logistics Service Provider) pool performance, open tenders, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Evaluate LSP Operational Performance and oversee the management of the LSP pool to ensure optimal results.
• Drive Ocean/Air Sales Performance and Cost Efficiency by enhancing procurement competitiveness and expanding business opportunities.
• Develop Strategic Relationships with carriers and partners to strengthen the network and foster business growth.
• Enhance Pricing Capabilities to align with business expansion and market competitiveness.
• Negotiate Rates and Space Allocations with global shipping carriers, airlines, and NVOCCs to ensure favorable terms.
• Maintain Competitive Pricing with shipping carriers and airlines by conducting thorough market analysis and sensing.
• Oversee the Pricing Process to ensure it aligns with market conditions and is updated in a timely manner.
• Track Market Trends and manage a comprehensive pricing history database for accurate forecasting.
• Manage the Bidding Calendar and establish pricing strategies and implementation plans to drive sales growth.
• Secure Market Intelligence (MI) for both Ocean and Air markets, ensuring continuous market monitoring and status management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree above in Business/Logistics/ Trading major or any related major
• Above 15-year Experience in Global Logistics Company/3PL company
• Experienced in manage a team for 3 years
• Global bidding leading experiences
