Our Hiring Manager says: "The role\'s focus is to cover one of the most exciting areas in energy markets - LNG - in the region with the fastest-developing price benchmarks, JKM and WIM. These benchmarks rely on data reporting via highly-active Market on Close process in the physical, derivatives and forwards markets for LNG cargoes. The role will center on coverage of LNG seaborne markets in Northeast Asia, in particular for mature markets in the North Asia region, with its fast-liberalizing downstream gas and power sectors.
An important area that the pricing specialist will be driving is the coverage and development of LNG derivatives market, with its growing size and complexity-that would deepen the ties between the forward prices and spot prices across all LNG importing and producing regions.
Other areas of coverage would include LNG bunkering and carbon-accounted LNG markets. The position offers the ability to be on the frontline of developing critical news and price assessments for LNG and gas industry participants."
