Summary

The role functions as the advocate for NCS Cyber Security services to key stakeholders in the client organisation and supports the Senior Partner, Cyber in growing a profitable Cyber business.

This multi-faceted role requires the individual to grow NCS' Cyber Security business particularly in the area of Cyber services and in the Enterprise client vertical, so as to grow, diversify and strengthen our revenue base. The candidate is to develop a robust Sales/Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product Strategy that enables both direct Cyber sales and integrated/bundled sales (i.e., that supports NCS Apps, Infra, Engineering and NEXT).

The candidate will need to work with Cyber Technology Services (TS) to review our product strategy and delivery options. The candidate will need to identify which are the preferred products and vendors. From a delivery perspective, the candidate will need to establish the "right" mix of insourcing, outsourcing and offshoring of Cyber TS services so as to grow our margins.

The candidate will also undertake quality assurance responsibilities in relation to the delivery of services for key accounts and support the development of NCS's next generation Security Operations Centre (SOC) infrastructure and services.

Finally, the candidate will also be responsible for driving international growth for Cyber, either organically through Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) in regional markets or inorganically through Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reboot Cyber Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) structures and processes, particularly Cyber specialist sales, presales and interface with the Strategic Business Groups (SBGs)
  • Review and develop focused priority product and vendor strategy to grow margins
  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) structure to support Enterprise Strategic Business Group in Singapore
  • Support the Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) in Cyber business development in regional markets such as Hong Kong, China, Japan and Australia.
  • Function as quality assurance (QA) Lead for Managed Security Services (MSS) Delivery
  • Prospect for potential acquisitions in Austlialia
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
  • Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or Information Security or equivalent
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant work experience with expertise and proven experience in Infrastructure and/or Cyber Security.
  • Experience in product delivery for large-scale projects, ideally in Cyber Security as well.
  • Overseas work experience and/or managed business development opportunities outside of Singapore.
  • Strong technical experience in Reference Architecture for Cyber Security Security Operations Centre (SOC).
  • Ability to conceptualize and create the most efficient and appropriate. solutions for Cyber security product deployment and delivery of Managed Security Services.
  • Proven track record and proficient in Project Management (PMP).
  • Strong leadership skills with proven track record of leading large teams.
  • Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify and understand business needs and translate into strategic plans and solutions.
  • Highly adaptable and collaborative.
  • Ability to adapt and rise to the occasion under high pressure and possess strong crisis management skills.
  • Mature people management skills, budget management and experience in building teams.
  • Strong customer-service orientation. Works well in multicultural workplace.
  • Proven record of successful staff management in areas of recruitment, performance appraisal and professional development.
