Summary

We are searching for a/an experienced & driven HR practictioner who is keen to leverage on the latest technology and innovation to support Candidate and Employee Lifecycle events and enhance the candidate/employee experience! You will be part of the HR Technology team and will be the HRIS subject matter expert and also to provide consultations and solutions in all HR related technologies. You will work closely with HR & IT team to upkeep our growing HR Eco-System while consistently deliver new enhancement and process improvement on systems to support operations.

Process/system improvement


To work on HR Information Systems enhancement and automation to improve work efficiency. Develops, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HR Information Systems configuration and security. Be the go-to person on the assigned systems in supporting stakeholders and users for their requirements. Partner with HR process owners to review and streamline business process. Develops information systems involving integration of multiple platforms, vendor products and technologies. Ensure knowledge on assigned system are well managed within HR and Company.
System maintenance


Provide support on HR Information Systems related issues experienced by users. Maintains quality and consistency of HR Information Systems data. Troubleshoots, analyses, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies. Provide timely updates on systems related and escalate on systems risks. Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.


Project management


Assists Project Manager in HR Information Systems projects. Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes. Coordinate for and support Project leads in managing team members, appointed vendors and implementers on related HR Projects.


Vendor management


Coordinates and collaborates with vendor in resolving system problems and enhancement requests. Manage & maintain good working relationship with different vendors both appointed and un-appointed. Keep abreast of new releases and updates of the systems, propose enhancements and roll-out for stakeholders.
End users training


Develops user test cases and training curriculum regarding the HR Information Systems.
Others


Work in different teams for HR projects and initiatives Participate in HR activities and events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Human Resource discipline or relevant background. Having 1-2 years of relevant Workday HRIS support experience will be an advantage. Fresh Graduates with strong interest in HR Information System and HR Technologies are welcome to apply for entry level. Exposure to Workday or equivalent HR systems, Service Now, Workato, Chat Bot development will be an advantage. Good knowledge and understanding of HR technologies. Self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently. Able to work multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline. Strong analytical problem solving skills. Good project management skills.
