The incumbent is responsible in the coordination of training programmes for offenders in Prison. The officer is also expected to operationalize training with training providers and work with stakeholders in optimizing the scheduling of inmates for training. Through skills training in the Prison, the officer will play a crucial role in improving offender's employability outcomes and career mobility. Training Operations and Administration Assist with the coordination and administration of offenders\' training in the Prison. The preparation and placement of offenders for training in the Prison includes registration of courses, course placement liaison and developing relevant communication materials to support training in Prison. Administrate a training dashboard and is responsible for data collection and records management of incare training numbers. Assist with any internal and external audit matters pertaining to skills training programmes. Stakeholders Management and Service Delivery Responsible for implementing strategies and exercise judgement in managing stakeholders to achieve in-care training KPIs. Officer will be required to work closely with a myriad of stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure training for offenders are conducted timely and to mitigate issues arising with training providers and internal stakeholders. To front queries from stakeholders on in-care training, course dates and other administrative issues. Officer will have to conduct outreach efforts to external stakeholders on in-care training. Other Duties Manages the invoicing of training programmes under the team's purview. Any other duties as assigned by Senior Manager (Skills Training). Ensure proper issuance of training certificate (if applicable).What we are looking for:
