Job Description


What the role is:The Associate/ Senior Associate (Capability & Organisation Development) plays a key role in managing the undergraduate scholarship programme aimed at attracting and retaining top talent for public service leadership positions, particularly those that require a strong grounding in public finance. This role will also drive the design and implementation of capability building initiatives aimed at elevating the skills and competencies of our workforce. The successful candidate will blend creativity, adept project management skills, and a good understanding of talent acquisition strategies to excel in this role.What you will be working on:Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute publicity and outreach programmes aimed at attracting high-potential individuals, including students and mid-term graduates, to apply for the scholarship. This includes devising comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the undergraduate scholarship, and engaging potential candidates through a multitude of channels and platforms such as Career Fairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure the entire talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding, is conducted in a timely and effective manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure seamless follow-up on administrative processes related to onboarding matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Offer guidance and support to scholarship recipients, nurturing their professional development and seamless integration into MOF. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, develop and implement learning and development strategies and programmes to build staff capability and talent. This includes managing the training budget, management reports, course nominations and attendance records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support corporate events.What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Scholarship Administration, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Human Resource Development, Organisation Development, or related fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to think critically and solve problems efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented and organised. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management skills to deliver results that meet timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and oral communication skills.
