Job Description
- RAD teaching certificate in ballet and/or its equivalent
- Preferaly at least a Bachelor / Master in dance-related areas
- At least 8 years of teaching experience
- Have strong motivation to coach and develop fellow teachers
- Have excellent people skills
- Able to plan and execute engaging, effective and impactful lessons
- Ability to teach other dance genres would be a bonus
- Possess excellent work ethics, attitude, and a growth mindset with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Strong and effective communicator
- Able to choreograph dance items
