Responsibilities

Work closely with business units / product / functional team to understand new business needs
Translate business requirements into technical requirements that encompass the end-to-end IT ecosystem
Produce design impact analysis documentation that highlight changes in all impacted systems, and any potential changes on interface level
Validate detailed design documents from engineers and developers, and oversee the implementation of the required changes from build, test to deployment
Work with architect in building the solution roadmap and major changes to the stack
Perform internal QA before releasing features to end-user for UAT
Senior candidates may be asked to manage a team of junior business analysts and quality assurance engineers.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
