As a Principal Consultant, Data and AI, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced data strategies powered by AI and Generative AI, driving automation, insight generation, and innovation for clients. You will provide strategic guidance on data governance, ethics, and compliance while managing complex cloud-based data delivery projects from inception to completion. Collaborating across business units, you will help integrate AI into broader business solutions, develop go-to-market offerings, and contribute to business growth. Additionally, you will mentor teams to build capabilities in data strategy, AI technologies, and governance, fostering a culture of responsible, data-driven decision-making.
What will you do?
AI and Generative AI Strategy Integration

• Leverage advanced AI and Generative AI technologies to design and deliver transformative data strategies and solutions.
• Lead AI integration initiatives to automate processes, generate insights, and create innovative, client-focused solutions that drive competitive advantage.
• Apply AI ethics and compliance principles to guide client engagements and ensure responsible AI adoption.

Strategic Data Consulting and Governance

• Advise and implement robust data governance frameworks that ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance aligned with client objectives.

Project Management in Data Delivery

• Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cloud-based data delivery projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to financial goals.

Business Development and Practice Contribution

• Drive the growth of data consulting services by responding to bids, developing proposals, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams.
• Create and enhance go-to-market (GTM) offerings, leveraging AI-driven insights to showcase business value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner across business units to embed data and AI strategies into enterprise-wide solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making through effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Mentorship and Capability Building

• Mentor and develop data professionals, strengthening organizational expertise in AI, data strategy, and governance.
• Build and scale capabilities around emerging data technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in data consulting, strategy, and governance, with a demonstrated track record of leading both short- and long-term data delivery projects.
• Proven experience in implementing data governance solutions using Azure, Talend, Informatica, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, others).
• Strong understanding and practical experience in applying AI Ethics and Compliance principles to client engagements and solution delivery.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end responses to BQs, RFIs, and RFPs, collaborating across business units and preparing financials for bid submissions.
• Deep expertise in data governance frameworks, data management best practices, and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and protection.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a focus on mentoring and upskilling data professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, able to translate complex data and AI concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Experienced in managing multiple, diverse client engagements simultaneously within a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
