Responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities through market research, networking and cold-calling and Identify and develop client and business relationships
Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and recommend potential candidates profiles to prospective companies.
Provide appropriate and accurate professional advice and directions to candidates pertaining to their possible career progression and development
Provide prompt and professional services to new and existing clients
Manage clients and potential candidates expectations by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks on potential lead candidates and managing the process till completion while maintaining client relationships.
Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates based on clients needs
Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
Self-motivated, resourceful and persistent
Highly initiative and motivated individual.
Prior experience in agency will be an added advantage
