Description The role will be a key contributor to the successful development and integration of analytics within the FairPrice retail business operation. This role will also serve as consultant for internal executives and their teams in regards to cross functional strategic alignment and business delivery needs for divisional lines of business. The role will have responsibility for developing and monitoring key performance metrics of business integration initiatives for evaluation of milestones and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities

• Proactively identify trends and process productivity improvement opportunities across departments within projects and operations.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple analytics projects from inception through implementation including milestones, deliverables, resources and risks. Maintain visibility on project status while clearly communicating project progress and risk mitigation paths. Complete projects in a timely manner.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate success of business integration initiatives and recommendations.
• Lead the research, writing, design and production of a variety of business documents. Produce deliverables to include: market assessments, presentations, business plans, etc.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the executive team to solicit information, gain approval and develop strategies for new opportunities as well at line level staff for insights.
• Serve as consultant/translator for internal executives and their teams in regards to cross functional strategic alignment and business delivery needs for divisional lines of business.
• Synthesize and translate complex analytic, business and scientific information to support business cases to help facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Masters or higher level degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science required
• At least eight to ten years of experience in strategic planning, business development, project management, advanced analytics
• Knowledge and understanding of consumer and digital business is required
• Process and requirement development experience
• Consulting experience strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
