For more information, visit Job Responsibilities Manage and operate Broadband Network Gateway (BNG), AAA, DWDM, edge network and IP Core Routers. Coordinate and support IP inter-connectivity towards IP transit, peering and content delivery providers Liaise with other service providers/vendors in resolving any network related issue Plan for network resiliency and security assurance. Software Management (i.e. software quality, patches) Project Implementation Conduct routine corrective and preventive maintenance on access network equipment and on-site investigation Perform System upgrades, new solutions and optimising of IP Networks and solutions Interact with different vendors and cross-functional teaming to deliver on the solutions Formulating test instructions for certification (i.e. Acceptance testing) Job Requirements Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as Lead Engineer Obtained certifications in the following areas would also be preferred:Routers / Switches operation Cyber Security Extensive knowledge of Fixed Broadband (OpCo & RSP) Networking systems. Experienced in:Broadband Network Gateway (BNG) or BRAS AAA server IPv4/IPv6 Networking Hands on experience in managing and operating Routers and Switches from reputable vendors Possess strong analytical and technical writing competency and effective interpersonal skills to work with vendors and cross functional groups within the company.
