• Responsible for factory simulation model development & enhancements. Complete scenario analysis to identify performance requirements and/or future capital needs to meet target cycle time.
• Prepare and analyze simulation results and work with other stakeholders to identify improvement actions required for bottlenecks.
• Application of data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract insights from very large-scale data and summarize the results by data visualization tools to collaborate with Fab Operations for implementation of best practices in use by other manufacturing sites.
• Liaison with factory production planning and factory management on short-term factory loading & cycle time commitments.
• Accountable for accuracy of factory level capacity planning model.
• Static capacity model enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above with major in Data Science & Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in English Language \xe2\x80\x93 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:Practical experience with analytics packages, programming (Go, Python, C++, VBA etc.), database management (SQL, APF), data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlikview), process automation (RPA, Power Automate).Strong background in data analytics (data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence) and big data technologies. * Proven track record in program management and successful project execution.

• High proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Power Point, Project, Power BI)
• Good communication skills and leadership qualities are essential.
• Able to work within a team structure and across organizational boundaries.
• Able to communicate effectively with multiple engineering disciplines within Semiconductor Manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills with willingness to coach junior staff.
