• Independently handling design projects and developing naval architecture & hull design.
• Provide assistance in enhancing the skills and knowledge of team members to support their professional development.
• Liaise with Owner / Class/ External Designer for the specific design requirement and provide technical solution.
• Lead team to general conceptual and basic design.
• Design and deliver tailored training programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry practices.
• Perform naval architecture calculations such as speed performance prediction, stability/hydrostatic, scantling assessment, weight distribution, launching calculation etc.
• Responsible for delivering the respective project design drawing and document.

• Minimum Degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in the marine / offshore industry, Hull & Hull and Naval Architecture design.
• Good knowledge and skill in coaching and structural/naval architecture design.
• Familiar with GHS / NAPA / FEMAP / AutoCAD / MS office.
• Good communication, analytical skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,000
