Scope of Work

Responsible for R&D and industrial engagement plans to solve additive manufacturing problem statements.
Engage companies and drive Additive Manufacturing adoption in the precision engineering sector.
Lead Additive Manufacturing projects/tasks
Coordinate post-processing efforts to achieve end-to-end solutions for 3D printed components
Collaborate with industry development managers on developing ecosystem to deliver end-to-end Additive Manufacturing solutions.
Plan research projects and resources to complete existing projects
Apply for competitive funding.
Mentor junior staff in project leadership and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Material Science or equivalent).
Project leadership and strong in-depth and relevant knowledge in Additive Manufacturing.
Experience with certification and qualification of Additive Manufacturing and or semiconductor field will be an added advantage.
5 years of experience in Additive Manufacturing and semiconductor sectors.
3 years of direct people management experience in leading and developing teams.
Self-driven and proactive
Good critical thinking to effectively solve problems and manage risks.
Positive attitude and commitment to get to the best result
Open to ideas from others
Ability to work effectively and independently in a team.
Good communication, writing and presentation skills.
