Title:

Principal Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to Planning function of a project Participate in the development of functional strategy for schedule development based on agreed client requirements with respect to Engineering deliverables and procurement support and aligned with major milestones Develop project schedules in Primavera based on scope of work and project requirements Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule Develop schedule recovery plans based on analysis of alternative courses of action for recovering slipped schedules Evaluate project schedule progress, performance and analyze variance with reference to baseline schedule Develop a Progress Measurement Procedure for large scale engineering projects (to be based on physical deliverables progress and Earned Value)

Job Requirements:

Undergraduate Degree (4 year Program) preferably in Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience Knowledge of CPM and/or other planning and resourcing methods Proficient in using Primavera software for developing schedule Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI Experience in Oil & Gas Sector with exposure in developing Engineering Schedules Good analytical and communication skills Ability to generate analytical reports through Power BI * Exposure to PRIMAVERA Risk Analyser for conducting Schedule Risk Analysis will be an advantage
