Key Responsibilities: . Delivery of detailed design drawings, systems integration, and specification development of ITC, electronic security systems, and low-voltage systems and general applications of technology to the built environment . Identify digital opportunities and define implementation strategy and roadmap . Operations consulting on technology readiness and ORAT . Project Management role coordinating resourcing, technical management, and financial management with appropriate oversight . Establishing the organisational, process and technological context (and architecture) that supports the adoption of digital and emerging technologies . Identify technical gaps, opportunities, or inefficiencies in any area of infrastructure and operations, and develop plans to close such gaps . Demonstrate understanding of end-to-end systems and solutions, including the ability to understand and define system requirements based on user requirements . Synthesising qualitative and quantitative data for summarising conclusions or recommendations for decision-making. . Conceptualise and translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions . Construction phase services such as site visits, submittal review, and RFIs . Maintain quality relationships with clients, vendors and external partners Qualifications & Experience: . Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related majors. . Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting and technology design industries with demonstrated proficiency in 3D BIM software - Revit . Proven architecture, design, and implementation experience with large scale projects and programs . Experience in Technology Consulting and/or Digital Advisory space, including defining user needs, business value and roadmap plannig . Experience at providing technical leadership to project resources to meet project deadlines and ensure project objectives are met . Ability to review architecture designs, to identify issues and risks, escalating them as needed . Experience with passive and active network design, building automation systems, electronic security systems and IoT. Systems integration knowledge is a positive . Certification in Project Management (PMP or comparable) . Good team player and fast learner with passion and active drive to improve the design and construction industry . Ability to thrive in uncertainty, be highly adaptive, dynamic and be able to respond to complex or urgent requirements, when needed. . Interested in integrating people, process and technology into a coherent outcome . Strong good people skills in active listening and building trusting relationships . Excellent planning, reporting and presentation skills for a range of audiences . Willingness to travel on assignment or for business development purposes
