Working location: East
Working hours: 5 days work week (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Company transport pick up from Pasir Ris MRT, Yishun MRT, Khatib MRT, Woodlands MRT, Sengkang MRT, Hougang Ave 2
Salary up to $2,600 + Variable Bonus
Our Client is one of the largest healthcare services groups in Asia and their purpose is to make healthcare more accessible.
s:
Manage replenishment and inbound Inventory in line with the forecast, commercial and stock holding requirements.
Review materials forecast and execute Supply Plan.
Collaborate with the Key Account Management team for related inputs.
Analyse Key Planning Parameters to achieve a balance between Inventory and Forecast.
Analyse Forecast Variance and identify strategies to improve the Forecasting process to minimise the variance.
Analyse the variance of demand and supply, pro-actively monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
Establish appropriate safety stock level meeting required service levels.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals
Reviews slow moving items, block inventories according to Excess and Obsolescence Policy.
Effectively use ERP system to manage high number of material SKUs.
Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
Support weekly business reporting and analysis
Support monthly KPI metrics and perform root cause analysis to improve metrics & performance
Job Requirements:
2 years' relevant experience in supply chain experience with a focus on inventory management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Team player with strong attention to details and good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
