Job Description

The

Principal Solution Architect (PSA)

reports directly to the CTO and plays a critical role in defining and governing enterprise-level software architecture. You will lead architecture standards, guide solution design, and support delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain

software architecture standards, technologies, and best practices

aligned with organizational strategy. Lead the design of

scalable and reusable solution architectures and components

. Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight to delivery teams. Promote modern engineering practices including

Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures

. Support infrastructure planning and architecture reviews for development and test environments. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to support product roadmaps and R&D initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure architectural alignment. Embed

security, risk management, and compliance considerations

into architecture design. Support the CTO in developing technical competency frameworks and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements

Proven experience designing

secure, mission-critical solution architectures

. Strong expertise in

cloud architectures

(public or private). Hands-on experience with

Agile, DevOps, CI/CD

, and automation practices. Solid understanding of performance, scalability, latency, and security considerations. Familiarity with

enterprise architecture frameworks

, blueprint design, and modeling tools. Knowledge of security risks, threats, and mitigation strategies. Experience working in

regulated or government environments

is an advantage. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
