Your new responsibilities

• As the Principal Specialist, you will harmonize and integrate Advance Planning System by gathering business requirement, performing gap/fit analysis (Business & Technical), develop design document, testing, training and establish resource support structure.
• You will work with key SCM business leaders and IT in the design and development of End-to-End Advance Planning Solution Architectural roadmap supporting business strategies and goals.
• You have a keen focus on continuous improvement with your strong knowledge in industry best practices and provide recommendation to business to support the company growth.
• You will work closely with the system planning team to drive consistent and sustainable Advance Planning Solution change request by ensuring solution is aligned with the core Advance Planning Solution Architecture.

What we look for

• Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Supply Chain Management, Information system or equivalent
• Experience and a proven track record of designing and implementing Supply Chain Planning solutions at a global level.
• More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in Semiconductor industry.
• Strong broad functional and technical knowledge in Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing systems such as SAP ERP, S/4 HANA, PROMIS, Workstream and Supply Chain Planning Apps such as SAP APO and other planning software
• Highly familiar with integration architecture principles and topics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident working with all levels of management.
• Adept in project management skillset.
• You are passionate about driving excellence, highly motivated and a strong problem-solver with integrity and grit.
