What the role is:Support the planning and implementation of strategy and activities for the Stakeholders Engagement office.
Develop and/or provide support for the development and implementation of stakeholders\' engagement and partnership initiatives, including international collaboration activities.
Gather and analyse stakeholders\' feedback, propose and implement new or improvements to regulatory policies and processes.
Develop and/or provide support in regulatory policy developments and implementation.
Drive and/or support stakeholder communication initiatives to ensure timely dissemination of information in a clear and concise manner.
Drive and/or support logistics and administration of local and international engagement activities, workshops, events and projects.
Maintain updated information on various platforms including website.
Job Requirements
Possess knowledge and experience in related scientific disciplines, e.g. Biomedical Science
Relevant experience in implementing strategies for and delivering stakeholder engagement and public consultation.
Experience in pharmaceutical/ healthcare sectors is preferable
Good writing and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently in a fast- paced environment to scope and drive projects and their implementation.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple parties (local and international).
Proficient in the use of infographics and software tools for publications is a plus.
