Job Description

What the role is:Support the planning and implementation of strategy and activities for the Stakeholders Engagement office.

• Develop and/or provide support for the development and implementation of stakeholders\' engagement and partnership initiatives, including international collaboration activities.
• Gather and analyse stakeholders\' feedback, propose and implement new or improvements to regulatory policies and processes.
• Develop and/or provide support in regulatory policy developments and implementation.
• Drive and/or support stakeholder communication initiatives to ensure timely dissemination of information in a clear and concise manner.
• Drive and/or support logistics and administration of local and international engagement activities, workshops, events and projects.
• Maintain updated information on various platforms including website.

Job Requirements

• Possess knowledge and experience in related scientific disciplines, e.g. Biomedical Science
• Relevant experience in implementing strategies for and delivering stakeholder engagement and public consultation.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/ healthcare sectors is preferable
• Good writing and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fast- paced environment to scope and drive projects and their implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple parties (local and international).
• Proficient in the use of infographics and software tools for publications is a plus.
• Maintain updated information on various platforms including website.
