Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate root cause investigation, risk assessment and controls to resolve key fab-related quality issues.

• Drive fab assurance activities and fab quality system enhancements.

• Manage process control monitoring (pinhole, CA, Auger) and improvements.

• Manage Non-Conformance cases with respect to on-time closure with the relevant stakeholders.

• Be the Facilitator for customer concessions and work with internal stakeholders & customers until concession closure.

• Manage Non-Conformance & customer concession databases, scorecards and reports on a regular basis.

• Be the Facilitator for customer concessions and work with internal stakeholders/customers until concession closure.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Materials Science / Physics / Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automotive industry.

• Preferably with experience in SPC tool.

• Preferably with experience in Non-Conformance & customer concession Management

• Preferably with process integration, technology development or product engineering backgrounds

• Basic knowledge of wafer fab manufacturing process is preferred.

• Possess Data Analytics skills using Tableau, JMP & Minitab or equivalent.

• Strong Problem Solving Skills.

• Able to Work Together as a Team.

• Good communication & presentation skills.

• Able to travel (5% to 10%)
