Job Description

- Position Title: Principal Engineer (Product & Design)
- Working Location: Boon Lay Way
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.45pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical + 14days AL
- Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
- Si photonics design to enhance PDK elements for Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- PDK development with Electronics Photonics Design Automation (EPDA) vendors
- Ansys-Lumerical, Siemens-Mentor, Cadence or Luceda.
- Technical lead Si photonics designer and product engineering to support Sipho tonics foundry provider operation.
- Electronics-photonics integrated circuits design (EPIC) for optical interconnects or transceiver solutions
- Light source integration for on-wafer Si photonics technology.
- 400G/800G Si photonics technology offering.
- On-wafer product yield screening for Known-Good-Die (KGD) solution.
- Technology roadmap
- PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in S photonics design & product engineering. Si CMOS foundry experience is added advantage.
- Commercial Si photonics product design or product engineering experience is required.
