Provides technical support to field engineers, sales, support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging computer system, complex software, or network and/or wireless system.
Response to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate of fix problems in malfunctioning computer system or software.
Provide customer installation and training of software to internal, distributors and end-users.
Involves in or provides direct or indirect program scripting support.
This position requires direct interaction with customer/user where product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature such as systems level software where the user has a technical background.
In a less sophisticated environment where the user is non-technical, this position would interact with product support when the customer\xe2\x80\x99s problem cannot be resolved directly.
