Job scope:
- Leading a team of speech therapists
- A Principal Speech Therapist (Clinical) manages specialty areas of clinical services and continuity of care for clients.
- Responsibilities include assessing and treating clients with a wide range of swallowing or communication disorders, evaluating and implementing programmes, planning and developing new clinical services, leading inter-department initiatives and providing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.
- The individual should possess leadership skills and be creative, assertive, collaborative, observant and systematic.
- Min 6 yrs working experience
- No need to have leadership experience
