Job Description
- In charge of monitoring and control function before the regulatory reporting submission
- 1 Year Contract
- Min 2-3 years of relevant experience with knowledge in FATCA, US QI, CRS
- Tampines Central
- Basic Salary up to $ 5,500
- In charge of completing the annual FATCA, QI and CRS reporting to the respective tax authorities on a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform regular reconciliation and data quality checks. Exceptions to be flagged for resolution.
- The point of contact of addressing the queries from various stakeholders with regards to the processes.
- Prepare the necessary management information updates to the Head of Department on a weekly basis.
- Work on CIC, RMI and DT BAUs as part of the FATCA and CRS reporting processes activities.
- Participate in projects that could impact FATCA, QI and CRS reporting including performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing as well as regression system testing requirement.
- Escalate cases where there are deviations from operational procedures (if any) to the team leads as required.
- Support the team on annual regulatory exercises and working with other stakeholders such as Front Office.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Min 2-3 years of experience relevant experience in regulatory reporting
Experience in private banking industry
Experience and knowledge in FATCA, QI and CRS is highly preferred
Good interpersonal and strong problem solving skills
