Your key responsibilities:

Support iCAT APAC teams on complex queries related to new client onboardings, periodic reviews and static data maintenance

Help drive process standardization and operational efficiencies across APAC iCAT

Become a subject matter expert in DB Global KYC/ AML Standards, Account Documentation procedures and related control processes

Manage relevant procedures, and incorporate new requirements (both internal and regulatory) seamlessly.

Remain updated on latest regulation and industry knowledge

Help identify system requirements around automation of KYC or related processes in a manner that meets iCAT needs.

Champion \xe2\x80\x98change\xe2\x80\x99 projects, propose solutions to bottlenecks/issues and constantly look to streamline account opening and KYC review processes

Provide relevant training, user guides & checklists to Front Office to ensure submissions are of higher quality

Develop strong knowledge and understanding of systems/ processes/ organization in APAC around iCAT space

Involve in stakeholder management.

Your skills and experience:

At least 1-3 years of experience in the KYC space in Private Banking

Experienced in reviewing onboarding documents

Willing to learn and take on additional challenges

Good team player

Pro-active and able to work under pressure

Fluent in the English language

Good communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
