The program includes training sessions focusing on technical and social competencies, as well as exposure to different front-end functions within the bank.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Join the APAC Business Division and become part of the front office team in Singapore. You will be actively involved in supporting the daily operations of the business and gaining first-hand experience in the private banking industry.

Scope

• Develop a deep understanding of the front office business operations, front risk management framework, product platform and investment management process
• Support the Group Heads in developing, implementing and managing investment portfolios
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Investment advisors in developing bespoke investment solutions for clients
• Analyse investment opportunities based on client risk profiles and wealth management strategies
• Support the growth of the business through involvement in organizational initiatives and implementation of business strategies
• Work with the Front Risk Management team to establish enhanced risk awareness and control frameworks
• Act as a liaison between Relationship Managers, product specialists and Business Managers
• Keep abreast of the financial market environment and trends

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master\'s degree from a university with outstanding academics and above-average grades in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline (graduated within the past 24 months)
• Relevant experience in the financial industry with a basic understanding of banking products and financial markets
• High level of learning agility with strong analytical and conceptual expertise
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality
• Ability to build effective working relationships with a common goal towards excellence while maintaining the highest ethical standards
• Possesses an entrepreneurial mind-set, coupled with a willingness to take on challenging responsibilities
• Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking clients would be preferred
• Eligible for employment authorisation in Singapore
