Job Description
Silver Straits Capital Pte Ltd (SSC) is a boutique private equity company set up by a team of entrepreneurs seeking to identify, acquire and operate a medium sized private company with initial enterprise value between USD15mn \xe2\x80\x93 USD30mn.
We are invest in recurring businesses in with significant growth potential through the application of best practices, turnkey technological solutions and further acquisition synergies. Please consult our website for additional information of what we do.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, and execute operational roadmap at our portfolio company
- Assist our Managing Director in special projects operations
- Develop and enhance our IT infrastructure
- Research market trends, further acquisition or business opportunities
- Portfolio support, administration and reporting
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Arts, Business or Computer Science
- Previous experience ideally in finance, technology or consulting
- Strong analytical abilities and keen interest in technology, business and entrepreneurship
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team player, open-minded
- 6 months minimum Full Time (Non-negotiable)
- Chance of conversion
We are looking for dynamic individuals who can get their hands dirty and drive direct operational results at our portfolio company. The individual should be a fast learner and will be exposed to legal, operational, finance, and technology during their stint with us.
