There are four dedicated Private Office teams, based in Singapore, London, the Middle East and Australia, providing a joined up service for Knight Frank\xe2\x80\x99s private clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify customers\' database and update in CRM for any post engagement notes and contact details.
• Advise and collaborate with the SG teams on outreach initiatives, from planning to execution.
• Attend events/meetings as required and assist in organizing events/forums around family businesses and real estate market.
• Enhance CRM initiative and propose appropriate follow up for relationship nurturing.
• Preparing reports and WiP presentations/updates.
• Liaising with key global teams when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Good presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong analytical acumen with a customer orientation mindset
• Strong excel spread sheet and numerical skills
• Savvy with technology platforms
• Able to work with deadlines
• Collaborative mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
