What the role is:Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs) in CAAS play a critical role in maintaining Singapore\'s position as a leading international air hub. This unique profession requires passion for the field and a steadfast commitment to excellence.What you will be working on:As a member of a specialised team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of air traffic at Changi and Seletar Airports, as well as throughout Singapore\'s bustling airspace. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, you will direct air traffic with a keen focus on safety and operational efficiency.What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Possess a keen interest in contributing to the nation\'s aviation sector
- Composed and able to respond decisively to dynamic situations in an operational environment
- Possess strong communication skills, and able to work effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
- Medically fit to fulfil requirements of the role
