What the role is:
Air Traffic Control Officers in CAAS play a key role in upholding Singapore\'s role as a premier international air hub. It is a unique profession which commands both your passion and commitment.
What you will be working on:
You will be part of a select team responsible for the safe and expeditious flow of air traffic in and out of Changi and Seletar Airports and across our busy airspace. As an Air Traffic Control Officer, you will be aided by state-of-the-art technology to handle aircraft movements safely and efficiently. Intensive training will be provided to equip you with the competencies to perform the role.
What we are looking for:
- Be a Singaporean
- Training in any discipline
- Possess a keen interest in aviation
- Detail-oriented and excel in multi-tasking under pressure
- Compose and able to respond decisively to dynamic situations in operations environment
- An aptitude for working with technology
- Possess strong communication skills
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
- Pass assessment tests, a voice test and panel interviews
