Department: Operations


Overview: Supporting the Operations Manager in analyzing, redesigning, and documenting core warehouse and customer service processes. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who wants to understand how real-world logistics runs at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

Map existing workflows across inbound, outbound, returns, QC, and support functions Assist in redesigning processes to remove bottlenecks, waste, and redundant steps Draft SOPs, work instructions, process diagrams, and checklists Conduct time-and-motion observations and basic productivity analysis Consolidate operational data, clean up information, and prepare reports/presentations Support internal project milestones (5S, KPI tracking, migration plans, improvement initiatives) Coordinate with warehouse, CS, and management to gather information and validate processes

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field Strong analytical and documentation skills Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn on the ground Strong English communication and writing ability No gender preference
