About the Role
As a Business & Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations, client experience, and strategic initiatives of Alpha Vitality. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-growing wellness brand, where you'll learn how business strategy, customer experience, and operational excellence come together.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks, including client scheduling, inventory tracking, and service coordination
• Assist in event coordination, promotional campaigns, and client communications
• Conduct basic data analysis and generate operational or marketing reports
• Assist in ad-hoc event logistics, marketing initiatives, and post-event analysis
• Work with the team to develop and execute campaigns or events targeted at specific audience segments
• Coordinate with wellness coaches and front-of-house staff to maintain a smooth customer journey
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, digital tools, and process optimization

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field (no prior experience required).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in tools like Google Sheets or similar for tracking and reporting.
• Flexibility to work part-time or on a rotating schedule, including occasional weekends or events.
• Reliable and committed to upholding a professional, high-end environment.
• Interest in wellness, health, or lifestyle industries is a plus

Compensation and Details

• Stipend Range: SGD 800 - 1,200/month (based on experience and hours).
• Employment Type: Internship (Part-time or Full-time options available).
• Working Hours: Flexible, aligned with operating hours (Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) on a rotating schedule.
