Job Description
Our client is a established European MNC, Chemical Process Plant based in Jurong Island.
JOB SCOPE
- Analyse and review current process & safety management and operations to make improvement and enhancement
- Provide process engineering support for process designs and modifications, process safety, unit improvement and process troubleshooting to the plant.
- Ensure production yield target are met, energy consumption is optimized
- Routinely review the plant performance and identify plant-wide improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Conduct process capability study, identify the bottleneck and develop action plant to resolve the issue.
- Lead meetings for HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Training Material, Work Instruction and System Procedures
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in chemical process plant
- Experience / knowledge in GMP standard is highly advantageous
