Their parts are used in a wide range of micro-electronic applications such as automotive, mobile solutions, consumer, industrial automation applications, security and control systems and so on. Currently, they are looking for a Process Engineer to join their family. Job Details: Salary Range: $3000-$4500 (depends on experience) Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm) Working Location: Tuas (West Area) AWS, VB (depends on company performance) Transport provided from Jurong and Chua Chu Kang area Job Scope: Responsible for manufacturing process at Lamination and UV Exposure for lead frame at PES. To resolve all daily process and products' quality issue. Responsible for Yield, Capacity, Cycle Time and Capability improvement programs to achieve cost reduction. Perform 5W1H methodology to determine root cause and implement improvement actions on daily production lot rejects. Perform evaluation to optimize and improve manufacturing process capability and yield. Qualify new materials processes, equipment and system. Establish and generate the process control, process FMEA and operation work Instruction documentation. Perform SPC review.
