Job Description

:

• Provide daily assistance and address inquiries on the shop floor.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance product quality and work efficiency.
• Assist in designing, modifying, and procuring fixtures to support production requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis for process non-conformance and establish corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for processes and equipment, coordinating with contractors for implementation.
• Offer troubleshooting support for process equipment breakdowns and collaborate with contractors for equipment recovery.
• Implement plans to enhance process equipment reliability and availability.
• Create and maintain essential shop documents to ensure compliance with specification revisions.
• Conduct Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) risk assessments for equipment/processes.
• Establish new specification capabilities for existing special processes and set up new capabilities.
• Install new equipment/machinery or modify existing setups to enhance capabilities.
• Review special process requirements for new product part numbers.
• Track, monitor, and update Policy Deployment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct training sessions on special processes for technicians.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
