- Identify and resolve potential quality or safety issues during production campaign
- Investigate process deviations and implement CAPA (Corrective action Preventive action) through various problem-solving tools (e.g. fish bone diagram, 5-WHYs, root cause analysis)
- Conduct continued process verification to evaluate the performance and robustness of the production campaign
- Suggested & implemented continuous improvement ideas to enhance safety, quality and work efficiency
- Periodic review of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and manufacturing instructions to enhance clarity and ensure information are up to date
- Conduct training to technicians on new processes and procedures
- Minimum Degree in Science / Chemical engineering/ related discipline
- Min 3 years\' experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Analytical and detail oriented individual
