As a process engineer, you are responsible to improve and develop process improvement plan on safety, quality and productivity in GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve potential quality or safety issues during production campaign
• Investigate process deviations and implement CAPA (Corrective action Preventive action) through various problem-solving tools (e.g. fish bone diagram, 5-WHYs, root cause analysis)
• Conduct continued process verification to evaluate the performance and robustness of the production campaign
• Suggested & implemented continuous improvement ideas to enhance safety, quality and work efficiency
• Periodic review of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and manufacturing instructions to enhance clarity and ensure information are up to date
• Conduct training to technicians on new processes and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Science / Chemical engineering/ related discipline
• Min 3 years\' experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Analytical and detail oriented individual
