Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvement in efficiency, quality & cost-effectiveness. Design and implement new processes or process improvements to optimize production operations. Study and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed changes in new equipment/technologies. Develop process documentation including SOP, work instructions, & flowcharts. Collaborate with teams to ensure process changes meet product specifications and quality. Root cause analysis and troubleshooting to address process-related issues. Use statistical methods/data analysis techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead process improvement projects, coordinating activities and resources to achieve project objectives. Provide training to production personnel to ensure understanding of new processes. Stay update of best practices & technologies in manufacturing processes and equipment. Comply with manufacturing processes/safety/environmental/quality regulations. Maintain documentation (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 & ISO13485)

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical with 5 years experience in stamping stamping industry Internal auditor for IATF16949, ISO9001 with knowledge in stamping, die design, tooling etc Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodlogies in Lean/Six Sigma. Proficient in data anlysis and statistical tool for optimization.
