Troubleshoot process issues using root cause analysis and statistical tools.
Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Train production staff and junior engineers on updated processes.
Maintain accurate process specs and control plans.
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Essential Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
5+ years in stamping processes, with expertise in die design, tooling, and materials.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems (ISO/IATF).
Skilled in statistical analysis and manufacturing tech evaluation.
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Skills

Internal Auditor certification (IATF16949, ISO9001).
Experience in automotive or medical device manufacturing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and process documentation.
