You will be involved in:

• Set up new process for products and new machines introduced to the fab. Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality, yield and productivity
• Responsible in continuous improvement project, cost reduction project and process robustness such as new parts qualification, process rationalization & simplification, recipe optimization
• Ensure smooth, fast, high quality and low-cost Process by working with equipment counterparts and production supervisors to achieve the overall metrics
• Real time monitoring and analyzing of Statistical Process Control charts including troubleshooting, isolation and investigation of cases of non-conformance
• Work with production and equipment counterparts to immediately analyze lots on hold and optimize overall process cycle times by removing redundant process steps
• Lead/participate in all continuous improvement projects related to cost, quality, utilization & productivity using Six-Sigma and similar applicable methodology such as 5Why's, Cpk, FMEA, Ppk, DOE, TPM and Lean.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• Knowledge of diffusion processes or other wafer fabrication modules
• Good inter-personal and communication skill
• Task oriented and good planning
• Good in technical analysis and logical thinking
• Flexible and open minded for the changes
