Summary: To provide process support for the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients and work in a cross-functional team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the plant
Provide site support in non-production matters as required.
Key Accountabilities:
- Optimize and improve processes aiming towards improving efficiency, quality and yield.
- Perform troubleshooting of chemical processing and equipment problems as they occur.
- Develop, modify and maintain production/process procedures and documents.
- Prepare and implement cleaning validation.
- Provide process engineering support for projects as required.
- Review modifications to plant, process and procedures from a process engineering standpoint and ensure all relevant documentation is updated.
- Participate in safety reviews/audits on plant, process and equipment. Ensure safe working in all areas of work by practicing and communicating safety.
- Participate in HAZOP and process safety analysis.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality policies, cGMP requirements and defined procedures
