How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Leading and Execution of TGCM Site maintenance operation

Guides and train technicians on maintenance; Provides instruction, training and guidance for the daily operation requirement

Continually review and update Operative Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures and monitor its implementation and practices.

Act as interim leader/backup and point of contact when site manager is unavailable

Proactive to recommend improvements to Preventative Maintenance program based on repair data

Responsible for the execution of the Preventative Maintenance Program, ops projects and spare parts management.

Identify and propose engineering improvement projects

Perform and ensure components and instruments are rebuild / calibrated on time.

Ensure spare parts are inventoried , adequately stocked, stored and replenished appropriately.

2. Ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintain good working relationships with customer and operation personal and help to cascade customer requirement to TGCM maintenance technician.

Proactive to Identify customer\'s needs and implements solutions.

Prevent customer\'s complaints.

3. Escalation support and effectively resolving issues

Provide expert support and advice in case of emergency, supply interruption or quality incident.

Ensure all non-conformities are investigated, and adequate corrective / preventive action taken to eliminate future recurrence.

On 24/7 standby and mobilization support to site upon recall as per TGCM contract agreement.

4. Staff training and development

Conduct Gas and Chemical systems training and certification process for TGCM staff to achieve the required level of competency

Identify staff training needs to maintain continuous skill upgrading.

5. Compliance to HSES and IMS requirements

Perform BSV, risk assessment and assist in FMECA or other risk management methods to identify potential risks and HSE issues

Comply with all HSE and quality procedures , including the proper use of PPE, forklift operations, lock out/tag out procedures, confined space entry, Lifesaving rules work at height, etc

Follow proper procedures for handling spills/ gas leak /emergencies, pour-up of materials, and segregation of compatible materials

Identify hazard and unsafe acts and implement safe working attitude.

Serve as Emergency Response Team member

Collaborate to ensure compliance to local legislation and IMS requirements

Collaborate to ensure only \xe2\x80\x9ccontrolled\xe2\x80\x9d documents are used in work activities.

Generate SOPs and methods statements relating to TGCM operations

Are you a MATCH?

Degree in Science or Engineering (Process, Mechanical, electrical Engineering or Chemistry)

Minimum two years\' of Maintenance experience in a materials supply or manufacturing environment working directly with hazardous materials; prefer experience in a semiconductor, chemical, or industrial gas environment

Possess good leadership competency with high level of stress tolerance

Good knowledge of project management methodology tools and techniques

Strong customer service mindset with readiness to respond to customers on a 24-hr basis
