Overview of the job

How would you like to improve machinery and process systems? We want entry level engineers who can handle dynamic work environments and who know how to think outside of the box. We rely on our engineers in engineering and manufacturing to make our products to the highest of standards and with state of the art equipment and technology. If you would like to be a part of this process, then we want you to apply! This job is located in Tuas, Singapore.

Responsibilities of the role

Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies

Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects

Manage projects/initiatives from conception through planning, installation and start-up as technical engineer and/or as project manager

Deliver essential technical deliverables using standard P&G work processes.

Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create the best solutions

Work with equipment suppliers to specify/source new and improve/troubleshoot existing equipment

Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians

Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the production line

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Degree or Diploma with background/ skills in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

0-4 years of relevant supply chain operation or project experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong leadership/ ownership and high responsibility

Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills

Strong collaboration and communication skills where you can work effectively with third party/ suppliers, and cross functional stakeholders

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
