Their core business is designing and manufacturing semiconductors. They believe in driving digital transformation.Responsibilities:
- Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistent high-quality parts are produced
- Continuously seek for long term solutions to resolve chronic process and material issues to improve yield and quality
- Selection, evaluation and qualification efforts of new packaging materials and processes for process and quality improvements, risk management and cost reduction objectives.
- Work with cross-functional team to resolve internal/external quality issue.
- Implement corrective and preventive solutions.
- Responsible on investigation of customer returns and implementation of corrective and preventative measures.
- Responsible to implement effective in-process control.
- Critical process parameters audit and ensure line compliances.
- Minimum a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
