:

• Coordinate, as Process Integration, the development of new MEMS Front-End Technologies Modules or whole Technologies for MEMS Piezo products, to realize actuators or sensors such as PMUT and Micromirror
• Write Design Rule Manuals for a new technology
• Proposal and critical review of an R&D Technology process flow that can guarantee a future stable and manufacturable product line
• Analyze product specifications and translate them in to process requirements
• Review Process Control Plan to guarantee DRM and product requirements
• Create Technology Product Flow in the CAD/Automations system, in order to allow automation for the Development and Qualification phases
• To introduce innovative and unique solution to contribute to develop new IP
• To contribute on definition of new product to maintain ST as MEMS leader

Profile

Job requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor or Masters\' Degree with 5 years relevant work experience
• Materials Science Knowledge
