Your 'day to day'
As a Process Lead, you will execute and lead processes for eliminating losses through effective problem solving and process control to support in delivering business results of the assigned production line. You will ensure the full implementation of the Integrated Operating System (IOS) alongside PMI standards and policies. You will act as the owner of the following Daily Management Systems related to IOS: (a) Center Line (b) Rapid Change Over (c) Change Management and (d) Reliability Engineering Tools. You will act as the process expert in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting. You will also build the capability of the team Line Structure on the Daily Management Systems and tools. You will also be the role model in following Run To Target (RTT) routines.
Who we're looking for
You have at least a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related courses). You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience working in a high volume consumer goods manufacturing company (supervisory experience is a plus). You are well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You have experience in process control and problem solving methods. You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint is also required. You must also be amenable to work in Batangas Plant.
