• Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
• Working Location & Nearest MRT(s): Jurong West Area

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the development of Technology Roadmap & maintaining its ecosystem (of technology & innovation partners)
• Developing the structure to monitor performances (of various factory processes), identifying pain points (to resolve with technology pilots), and leveraging data-driven approach (to drive continuous improvements)
• Development of Technology Roadmap (by collaborating with relevant stakeholders):

• Supporting the implementation & planning of technology roadmap
• Designing, developing, and maintaining Use Case, Technology Catalogue, Ecosystem (of technology & innovation partners)
• Pain Points Identification & Work Process Management:

• Defining methodology and detailed work processes (to measure performance & project ROI) continually
• Gathering data & developing insights on critical pain points (by engaging with relevant stakeholders)
• Performing Data Analyses (to identify operational bottlenecks & system impediments)
• Technology Solution Deployment:

• Leveraging data analyses and facilitating brainstorming workshops (to develop practical & sustainable solutions)
• Providing project management support with the operation teams (to implement solutions)
• Monitoring performance improvements post-deployment & ensuring smooth hand-over (to production team)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to have minimum 3 - 5 years (for junior level) and 6 - 10 years (for senior level) in Management Consulting, ICT Consulting, System Consulting, Process Innovation, Business Process Re-Engineering (in the manufacturing industry)
• Experienced handling IT/ IOT System Development Projects, and Process Innovation Consulting Projects
• Proficient in Data Analysis OR B.I. (Business Intelligence) Implementation
